Who We Are
Mineral Wellness Center is a faith-based nonprofit offering community wellness programs and counseling referrals in Mineral Wells, Texas. Counseling services themselves are provided through our partner, FMB Christian Counseling, not directly by MWC — this website is informational and is not a medical record system.

When you use our Contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

We do not ask for or knowingly collect health, medical, or counseling-specific information through this website. If your message describes a personal or sensitive situation, please only share what you are comfortable including — our team will follow up privately by phone or email to continue the conversation.

Information submitted through our Contact form is used solely to respond to you and, where relevant, to connect you with the appropriate MWC program or our counseling partner. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect general usage data such as pages visited and time on site.
- Event-level analytics data is retained for 2 months.
- User-level analytics data is retained for 14 months.
- We do not send names, contact form content, or any health-related information into Google Analytics. Analytics data is limited to anonymous, aggregate site-usage information.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this website and respond to you (for example, our email delivery provider), and, with your knowledge, with our counseling partner FMB Christian Counseling when you are seeking a counseling referral.
